SharePoint Practice Lead

Role Overview: As a SharePoint Practice Lead at Atlas Systems Inc., you will be responsible for establishing and driving the SharePoint Center of Excellence (CoE). This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strategic thinking to define standards, governance, and best practices for SharePoint within the company. Your role will involve hands-on delivery of solutions, automation workflows using Power Automate, and advising stakeholders on SharePoint optimization. You will serve as the technical authority and escalation point for SharePoint solutions, driving adoption and shaping the SharePoint roadmap aligned to the business. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and own the SharePoint CoE by defining standards, governance, and reusable frameworks. - Evaluate current SharePoint environments, identify gaps, and recommend technical improvements. - Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate. - Deliver hands-on solutions in SharePoint Online & On-Premises including site design, workflows, integrations, and performance tuning. - Work directly with IT and business stakeholders to drive adoption of SharePoint solutions. - Partner with leadership to shape the SharePoint roadmap aligned to business goals. Qualifications Required: - 10 - 12+ years of deep SharePoint expertise, with at least 3+ years in an advisory / practice / CoE role. - Extensive experience with Power Automate and automation workflows is mandatory. - Strong hands-on background in SharePoint Online and On-Premises including design, administration, development, and integrations. - Experience in defining best practices, governance, and security frameworks for SharePoint. - Ability to advise stakeholders and influence adoption without formal managerial authority. - Desired: Experience with PowerApps and Power BI, exposure to Teams and Microsoft 365 suite, and knowledge of Agile delivery.
