KRA1 1. Disposal of court cases. Preparation of action plan.Briefing the advocates with citation of facts.Drafting of petition of the cases in accordance with relevant Acts/rulings.KRA2 5. Develop awareness for proper legal compliances Analyze laws application to mining operationsPrepare checklist and circulars to all concerned.Conduct periodical legal auditKRA3 4. Apprising higher management on all legal matters. Monthly statement showing all pending/disposed matters at different stages in different courts.KRA4 3. Liaison with Govt. deptt./Judiciary. Liaison with Govt. deptt. like Police, forest, mining, administration on matters having legal impact.Liaison with judiciary for early settlement of cases.KRA5 2. Legal assistance Matters having legal complications at different level are sorted out.Legal opinions as and when required.To Co-ordinate with concerned persons and make them prepare to attend the concerning court.
