Minimum Experience:

• 10+ years

  overall experience, including:

• 4+ years

  in SharePoint Online & Power Platform development.

• 25 years

  in people leadership and project management.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Certifications in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & People Management

• Lead and manage a team within the Shape group, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, feedback, skill development, and retention strategies.

• Facilitate performance reviews, development planning, and 360-degree feedback processes.

• Collaborate with Local HR, GDS, and CCL for talent management and retention initiatives.

• Ensure fair and compliant disciplinary and administrative processes for direct reports.

Technical Oversight

• Guide the team in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based applications and PowerApps solutions.

• Ensure adherence to development best practices, agile methodologies, and quality standards.

• Support integration of SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, Teams, Dynamics 365).

• Provide technical mentorship and resolve escalated issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform.

Strategic Contribution

• Understand employee work processes and delivery challenges to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in application support and development.

• Monitor application performance and ensure proactive issue resolution and escalation.

1. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

2. Proven experience in PowerApps and SharePoint Online development.

3. Deep understanding of development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

5. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead cross-functional collaboration.

7. Experience in documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.

Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore, INDIA

Note: The role requires you to work from office for 5 days a week during the 1st 6 months and then it will be hybrid culture 3 days from office and 2 days from home.
