SFDC Vlocity Developer/Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce and Vlocity platforms with strong hands-on experience in OmniStudio components.
• Work with key Salesforce/Vlocity components including OmniScript, Vlocity Cards, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, and related UI framework features.
• Build scalable user interfaces, guided flows, portals, and custom layouts aligned with business requirements.
• Implement solutions aligned with Salesforce and Communications Industry process standards such as Quote-to-Order, MACD, CPQ, and Order Management.
• Perform deployments of OmniScripts and other configuration components across different environments.
• Develop and integrate interfaces using Salesforce Web Services including JSON and SOAP.
• Apply solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, Apex programming, Visualforce, and platform configuration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify gaps, and ensure robust problem solving and analysis.
• Contribute to solution design, requirements gathering, and sprint planning within an Agile delivery model.
• Work closely with global and cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions on time.
• Follow best practices for development, testing, release management, and documentation.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 12 years in Vlocity/OmniStudio development.
• Strong hands-on skills in OmniScript, Vlocity Card UI framework, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
• Experience in Salesforce Platform development including Apex, Visualforce, configuration, and application design.
• Good understanding of the Vlocity data model and Communications domain business processes.
• Strong CRM functional knowledge in Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Order Management, and related functionalities.
• Experience working in Agile projects and global delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Vlocity Developer Certification is strongly desired.
• Vlocity CPQ or Order Management certification is an added advantage.
