SFDC QA - Playwright

As a SFDC QA - Playwright at NTT DATA in Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the digital technology and related services provided to clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting manual and automation testing, with experience in Playwright, Junit, and Apex Unit testing frameworks. - Utilizing test automation tools for functional, regression, and performance testing. - Demonstrating a solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and Sales Cloud. - Having familiarity with Jenkins knowledge and GIT. - Creating UI/API end-to-end cross-cloud impacting integration automation. - Building automation frameworks for end-to-end testing of different systems. - Implementing BDD/TDD framework and multiple automation frameworks like Keyword, Data-driven, and Hybrid. - Writing clear and concise test documents and automation scripts. - Executing testing with complex data shapes and integrating different automation frameworks. - Developing test practices within the team and driving cross-product testing. - Diagnosing, tracking, and managing quality issues to resolution. - Communicating effectively with the team and managers about status and risks. - Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Delivering engineering applications using agile/scrum methodology. Desired Skills: - Conducting quality-control tests and analyses to ensure software meets specified standards and end-user requirements. - Developing test cases, creating test data, and executing complex test cases. - Documenting defects, generating test metrics, and tracking defects to resolution. - Communicating project status reports accurately and clearly. - Mentoring one or more testers. - Experience in multi-platform testing (Windows, UNIX, LINUX). - Background with Force.com (Apex and Visualforce), Java, and understanding of Javascript, CSS, SOAP XML, and HTML. - Experience with Salesforce.com platform & API and Salesforce Quote to Cash Process. - Participating in product and feature design with technical staff and product members. - Possessing cross-group communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience with J2EE Technologies (e.g., JSP, Servlets, EJB, WebServices, SOA). - Experience in testing and/or developing Enterprise Integration Systems and Financial applications.
