As a SFDC QA Automation Engineer at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks using Selenium. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing requirements to create detailed test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts. - Designing and maintaining Selenium-based automation frameworks using TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc. - Developing and executing automated regression and functional test suites. - Performing API automation testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or similar. - Collaborating with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure complete test coverage. - Integrating automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. - Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects to closure to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Continuously optimizing test automation for scalability and maintainability. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in automation testing with a strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver. - Solid understanding of Java/Python (or other OOP languages) for automation scripting. - Proficiency in TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle build tools. - Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks like Cucumber, JBehave, etc. - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Exposure to version control systems like Git/Bitbucket. - Good knowledge of API testing and database validations using SQL. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
