Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between teams and maintain data hygiene.
  • Provide training and support to sales and CRM users.
  • Coordinate with developers for system enhancements.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows and reporting.
  • Certification in Salesforce Administration preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and data management skills.
