Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India is looking for SFA Wave Leader to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Lead the end - to - end deployment and stabilization of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution across assigned geography or business units. Act as the primary point of contact between business teams, IT, and implementation partners to ensure timely rollout and smooth functioning of the SFA system. Coordinate with cross - functional teams including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage dependencies. Drive user adoption by ensuring comprehensive training, change management, and post - deployment support. Monitor KPIs such as user engagement, system uptime, data accuracy, and process compliance to evaluate SFA effectiveness. Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts and ensure all system configurations align with business goals. Identify and resolve bottlenecks or roadblocks during rollout phases and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget. Provide regular updates to leadership on deployment progress, issues, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Promote a culture of digital enablement and champion the adoption of data - driven decision - making through SFA insights.
