Settlement Processing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Settlement Processing Executive to join our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in financial operations and gain hands-on experience in settlements and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities
· Process daily settlements for payments/transactions accurately and on time· Perform reconciliation between internal systems and external data· Investigate & resolve settlement discrepancies· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations· Maintain documentation and prepare daily/weekly reports· Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications
· Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields· Strong numerical ability & attention to detail· Basic understanding of banking/financial operations (added advantage)· Proficiency in MS Excel· Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
· Internship/project experience in Finance or Operations· Knowledge of payment systems (NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT) or reconciliation processes
