Job Description: As a Service Engineer at Statiq, you will play a crucial role in the Electric Vehicle Charging sector in Kochi. Your responsibilities will include managing service complaints, maintaining spare inventory records, handling service associates, managing customer escalations, generating service revenue, providing training to customers and service partners, and preparing daily reports as per management requirements.
