You should have 6-8 years of experience in implementing solutions for ServiceNow or similar ITIL implementations. It is essential to have a working knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules. As a candidate, you should be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end-to-end, providing solutions leadership, content, and governance to consulting initiatives and projects. Your experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements will be crucial. You must possess knowledge in API design & implementation and systems integration, along with programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages with Web Technologies. Good project coordination skills are necessary, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration with other application systems using SOAP REST is required. Experience in Discovery and Orchestration would be an added advantage, along with attention to detail. Your ability to multitask, effective time management skills, and experience in implementing best practices where ITSM tools technologies are applicable will be beneficial. Deep knowledge of the ITSM Framework and ITIL is essential. You should be hands-on with ServiceNow and capable of training the rest of the team for various technical roles required for ServiceNow implementation. A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, and proven experience in technical consulting roles are expected. You should have 3-6 years of ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience. Skills in Cloud Computing, ServiceNow, Unix, Wintel/Windows Server, and DevOps are required.
