We are looking for individuals who can identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, plan for the future, and drive continuous improvement in their respective functions. Your responsibilities at Stryker will include: - Developing and maintaining catalog forms, workflows, automations, integrations, and configurations in ServiceNow. - Implementing various configurations, including Flow Designer, Client Scripts, business rules, and approval workflows for the creation and management of catalog forms and order guides. - Designing and implementing automations within the ServiceNow platform. - Ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices and providing expert input on service catalog design and delivery. - Collaborating with stakeholders and requestors to meet project requirements and provide technical support. To be successful in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience. - Certified Application Developer Certification (CAD). - Experience with Microsoft Power Automate. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, Service Requests, Change Requests, Reporting, and Workflow design. - Knowledge of Orchestration, AD/LDAP integrations, API Integrations, and relevant technologies like JavaScript, XML, and REST. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. - Familiarity with the ITIL framework and experience in a regulated environment. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. - Willingness to support different time zones based on project requirements.
