Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Reporting Analyst to join our team at Atkins Global. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing reports using ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain complex reports using ServiceNow, including dashboards, workflows, and integrations.
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
Design and implement reporting solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide reporting support.
Troubleshoot issues related to report development, data quality, and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for reporting and analytics.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, features, and functionality.
Experience with data analysis, visualization, and storytelling techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and principles.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or HTML.
