ServiceNow - Platform Solution Consultant

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow - Platform Solution Consultant to join the team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India. As a Senior ServiceNow Platform Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to serve as a trusted advisor and define their ServiceNow transformation by gathering requirements aligned with best practices. Your role will involve working closely with IT business leaders and process owners to optimize business process operations and lead client and internal meetings to enhance consulting, collaboration, and communication skills. Responsibilities include determining strategies for increased solutions adoption, leading functional discovery workshops, defining industry-specific business process solutions, and developing expertise across multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform. The primary skillset required is in ITSM with secondary expertise in HRSD and experience in integration between modules.
