Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a versatile ServiceNow & Operations Engineer who can support, enhance, and maintain our IT operations ecosystem. This is a blended role requiring hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration/development, along with Power Apps and Microsoft-based application support. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys working across systems, automating workflows, and collaborating across teams to support critical business applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

ServiceNow Administration & Development

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
  • ServiceNow CSA or other ServiceNow certifications
  • Experience in ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow Integration Hub, API-based data integration, and reporting.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist preferred.
  • Manage and administer ServiceNow platform including incident, problem, change, CMDB, and service catalog modules.
  • Produce documentation, knowledge articles, and end-user training
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and UI policies within ServiceNow.
  • Configure business rules, client scripts, notifications, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Support Service Portal enhancements and develop automation for routine ITSM tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with ITIL processes.

Power Platform & Business Applications

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Ability to build and manage low-code business solutions for operational processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SharePoint integrations.
  • Familiarity with API-based app integrations and data handling.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and related integrations.
  • Support other business applications (HR, Finance, or Operations tools) including user administration, access management, and data troubleshooting.
  • Partner with business users to understand process needs and translate them into low-code automation or ServiceNow workflows.
  • Perform application performance monitoring, upgrades, and enhancement testing.
  • Document configurations, changes, and operational best practices.
  • Administer and support additional SaaS tools and internal systems (e.g. CRM, PSA, internal portals)
  • Maintain user lifecycle management and coordinate with IT on access, SSO/Entra ID, and permissions

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation, and PowerShell.
  • Understanding of security and compliance practices in IT operations.
  • HubSpot Administration experience.
