Job Description

As a ServiceNow developer for OMT, your role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Your responsibilities include developing ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to address telecom order management needs. Additionally, you will configure and customize Order Management modules to facilitate the seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows. Integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments is also part of your role. Supporting UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes, while following Agile delivery practices and participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives are key aspects of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practices is crucial.
