ServiceNow lead solution consultant

You are seeking a highly experienced and strategic ServiceNow Lead Solution Consultant to spearhead the design and architecture of a greenfield workflow automation solution. As the principal architect and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow solution, you will lead the technical design and architectural planning, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives. Your role involves translating high-level business requirements into a comprehensive technical design and guiding the development team on best practices and technical solutions. You will conduct solution design workshops and presentations for stakeholders, evaluate platform features, and act as the technical liaison between project teams and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the principal architect and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow solution. - Lead technical design and architectural planning for scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives. - Translate high-level business requirements into a comprehensive technical design. - Guide and mentor the development team on best practices, platform capabilities, and technical solutions. - Conduct solution design workshops and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Evaluate and recommend effective use of ServiceNow's platform features. - Act as the technical liaison between project teams and client's internal IT and business teams. - Oversee solution quality, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. **Qualifications:** - Extensive experience (8+ years) as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on large-scale, complex projects. - Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, data model, and development frameworks. - Expertise in designing and implementing custom applications and workflows. - Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices, specifically with Integration Hub. - Experience with UI Builder and creating modern user experiences. - Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities, specifically with ServiceNow's Now Assist suite. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Developer is highly desirable. - Experience with the ServiceNow Yokohama release is a significant advantage.,
