Job Description

As a Technical Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end ServiceNow engagements and will have the following key responsibilities: - Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, specifically focusing on IT Asset Management, including Hardware and Software Asset Management. - Collaborate with senior developers and architects to deliver high-quality technical solutions. - Engage in all phases of the ServiceNow development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and support. - Assist in integrating ServiceNow with other business systems and platforms. - Adhere to coding standards, participate in code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed. - Document technical solutions and maintain ServiceNow system documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience. - Proficiency in developing on the ServiceNow platform, including customization of applications like ITAM, ITSM, and custom apps. - Experience in creating ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents based on business requirements. - Familiarity with configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including MID server setup. - Expertise in implementing custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API). - Previous experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems. - Participation in at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a lead consultant. - Strong requirements gathering skills. - Programming proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages. - Understanding of ITIL practices. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following certifications: - ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (mandatory in ITSM and ITOM Product lines). - ITIL v3 certification.
