Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow engagements. Your primary focus will be on developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications, with a specialization in IT Asset Management covering Hardware and Software Asset Management. Working closely with senior developers and architects, you will deliver high-quality technical solutions throughout all phases of the ServiceNow development lifecycle. Your duties will also include participating in the integration of ServiceNow with other business systems and platforms, adhering to coding standards, conducting code reviews, documenting technical solutions, and troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ServiceNow environment. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience. Your expertise should extend to customization of applications such as ITAM, ITSM, and custom apps, as well as developing technical design documents based on business requirements. Additionally, experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, setting up MID servers, and implementing custom integrations is required. You must have at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in a lead consultant role, strong requirements gathering skills, and programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages. A solid understanding of ITIL practices, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, is essential for success in this position. Certifications in ServiceNow, including Service Now System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and ITOM Product lines, as well as an ITIL v3 certification, are mandatory. You should also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation development, and customer presentation skills, along with a proven track record of successful teamwork and leadership abilities.,
