ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

You are a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist with 7-10 years of experience, sought by our technology services client for a contract position with potential full-time employment. You will be based in PAN India and should be available to join immediately or within 15 days. Your primary responsibilities will include requirements gathering, solution design, gap analysis, solution implementation, documentation, training and support, and articulating business value. As a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist, you will conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business requirements, collaborate with Business Functional team members, and write estimate stories. You will define and design ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices. Identifying gaps between existing processes and desired future estate processes, you will recommend solutions and improvements. Collaborating with technical teams, you will design and implement ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business needs. Responsibilities also include creating user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions. Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ITOM CSDM and CMDB modules is essential. You should have expertise in the setup, configuration, and implementation of various ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud management, Health, Log Analytics, Certificate management, and Orchestration Integrations. Additionally, you should be skilled in implementing and maintaining the CSDM framework within the ServiceNow platform and ensuring the CMDB is populated with accurate and up-to-date data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance. Proficiency in third-party integrations, scripting in the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with teams, conducting workshops and training sessions, system testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and documenting processes is necessary. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ownership, accountability, and attention to detail are important attributes for this role.
