Key Responsibilities
• Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM modules:
o Discovery
o Service Mapping
o Event Management
• CMDB health improvement and normalization
• Integration with monitoring tools
• Troubleshooting Discovery & MID Server issues
• Work with infra and operations teams
Required Skills
• Strong ServiceNow ITOM hands-on experience
• Deep understanding of CMDB & Discovery
• Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
