- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow ITAM solutions
- Implement and configure IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and best practices
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
- Develop and maintain customizations and configurations for SAM/HAM modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes
- 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and deployment
- Strong knowledge of ITAM processes and best practices
- Experience with advanced SAM or HAM configurations and customizations
- Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus
