Servicenow HRSD developer

As a Servicenow ITSM HRSD professional with 6-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for custom development and configuration in ServiceNow. Your key technical skills should include: - At least 5-6 years of ServiceNow experience with custom development and configuration - At least 2-3 years of ServiceNow team lead experience - ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services - Deep understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow administration settings - Strong knowledge of integrations, migrations, and application development life cycle In addition, you should be able to: - Customize ServiceNow UI and Service Portal through UI pages, CMS, CSS, and Service Portal widgets - Estimate project effort accurately and troubleshoot complex technical issues - Execute design and construction activities while adhering to design standards - Stay updated with development best practices and industry trends - Work effectively in an agile environment with geographically distributed teams - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to IT and business leaders Certifications required for this role are: - ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & CAD (bonus) Your essential competencies should include a high degree of technical expertise, team orientation, analytical skills, problem management abilities, and customer-focused communication skills.
