As a ServiceNow Developer, your responsibilities will include developing, configuring, and customizing the platform according to business requirements. We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who has extensive experience and an enthusiasm for delivering top-notch software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities. Who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow products Who will be Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes Who is Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ Bootstrap / Angular Who will Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow. Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing, and production. Technical Abilities and Responsibilities: Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow. Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets. Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows. Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices. Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems. create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc. Has experience in the development and delivery of training for end-users. Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform. Functional Attributes: Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative environment. Must be detail-oriented and possess problem-solving abilities. Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization. PG: MCA in Any Specialization, CS in Any Specialization, MTech in Any Specialization, MS in Any Specialization
