Job description• Experience level 6-8 yrs. of ServiceNow Development experience.• ServiceNow development experience with hands on experience on Workspace Service Delivery including - Configuration and Development: configurating and developing features within the WSD module, including workflows for workspace service management.• Process Knowledge: having knowledge of all key components within the WSD module like Case Management, Reservation Management, Visitor Management, Indoor Mapping, Spaces, Workplace Central, etc.• Hands on experience on Client and Server-Side scripting, Workspace configurations and all types of Business Rules.• Design, build and test ServiceNow enhancement stories.• Good understanding of platform and core tables.• Efficiency in writing and debugging code.• Experienced working in an Agile environment
• Ability to support and mentor engineers with less experience
