stakeholders Innovation Management Demand Management Project Management for planning costing resources planning Portfolio Management
Hands-on experience in Incident Problem Change Knowledge Management Service Level Management Service Catalog Release Management CMDB B2B Integration etc.
Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScript's JSON
Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes Agile Scrum methodology Experience
Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS
Understanding of Client Side and Server Side Scripting i.e. Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes etc.
Excellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials
Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills
