ServiceNow Developer / Lead Sales & Order Management (SOM)

As a ServiceNow Developer/Lead in the Sales & Order Management (SOM) team at ServiceNow, your role focuses on enhancing Product Catalog Management and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for designing catalog structures, implementing pricing and quoting rules, and automating lead management workflows to ensure seamless quote-to-cash processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and manage the ServiceNow Product Catalog with accurate product hierarchy, bundles, and rules. - Configure CPQ features such as pricing, discounting, quoting, and approval workflows. - Build lead management workflows to capture, qualify, and convert leads effectively. - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align catalog and pricing solutions with business needs. - Integrate ServiceNow SOM/CPQ with CRM, ERP, and billing systems. - Test and validate catalog items, pricing rules, and lead workflows for accuracy and performance. - Document system configurations and updates for future reference. - For Lead roles: mentor developers, review solutions, and ensure best practices are followed. **Qualifications:** - Strong experience with ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM), Product Catalog, and CPQ modules. - Hands-on skills in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and API integrations (REST/SOAP). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in designing and maintaining product catalogs, pricing models, and lead workflows. - Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience (for Developer and Lead levels). - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or micro-certifications in Order Management/Service Catalog) preferred.,
