About Client

Hiring for One of the Most Prestigious Multinational Corporations

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using
ServiceNow Flow Designer
.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using
PowerShell scripts
, REST/SOAP APIs, and other tools.
Develop and customize ServiceNow modules including
Incident
,
Change
,
Problem
,
Service Catalog
, and
CMDB
.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Maintain and optimize existing workflows and scripts for performance, security, and maintainability.
Implement best practices and ensure compliance with organizational governance and ServiceNow standards.
Work with cross-functional teams including ServiceNow architects, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
Perform unit testing and support QA and UAT processes.

Technical Skills:

5 to 8 years of hands-on experience
with ServiceNow development.
Proficiency with
ServiceNow Flow Designer
and orchestration.
Strong scripting skills in
JavaScript
and
PowerShell
.
Experience in developing and integrating with
REST/SOAP APIs
.
Solid understanding of
ITIL framework
and ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Experience with
custom applications
,
UI Policies
,
Client Scripts
,
Business Rules
, and
Script Includes
.
Familiarity with
MID Server
configuration and external system integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow
CMDB
,
Discovery
, and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
