Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer Job Location: Bangalore / Chennai Experience Level: 5+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) with strong expertise in CMDB/CSDM, data load operations, and ServiceNow platform administration. The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of ITIL practices, hold relevant ServiceNow certifications, and be adept in ITSM modules. : Analyze business requirements and design ServiceNow solutions accordingly. Configure and customize ServiceNow tables, forms, workflows, and UI elements. Administer the ServiceNow platform including performance checks and monitoring. Troubleshoot integrations and ensure data accuracy across CMDB and CSDM. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint-based development. Prepare runbooks and deployment artifacts for production delivery. Collaborate with architects, testers, and business users for end-to-end delivery. Technical Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform and administration. Experience with ITSM Suite modules: Incident, Problem, Change. ServiceNow platform configuration: Lists, Forms, Navigation Pane, Catalog Items, Workflows, Flow Designer. Proficiency in Portal (SP, ESC) configuration. Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and data load techniques. Development experience with: UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules Script Includes, Table & Forms, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent Familiarity with SSO, SAML, SSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Additional Skills: Good understanding of Knowledge Base Management, Migration, Deployment, and Standard Reporting. Exposure to GRC/IRM & Legal modules is a plus. Process & Methodology Knowledge: ITIL Foundation certification (required). Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC.
