Job Description

Capgemini is hiring for ServiceNow Developer - Catalog CMDB Dev

Experience range: 10 to 13 years

Location: Pan India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Configure Service Catalog Items including workflows, UI policies, and approval processes.
Design and Implement CMDB Structures ensuring accurate relationships and data integrity.
Integrate Service Catalog with CMDB and ITSM Processes for seamless service delivery.
Customize Workflows and Business Rules for catalog and asset management.
Collaborate with ITSM and Infrastructure Teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform Testing and Support Upgrades for Catalog and CMDB modules.
Maintain Documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

Preferred: Knowledge of ITIL processes and asset discovery tools.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder management.

Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow ITSM or CMDB Implementation Specialist ITIL Foundation Certification
