Servicenow Automation

As an experienced IT professional with a minimum of 8 years overall experience and at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow and Automation, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and maintaining ATF test suites and custom test steps for ServiceNow applications. - Collaborating with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases. - Performing functional, regression, and integration testing using ATF and other automation tools. - Conducting API testing, performance testing, and security validation. - Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. - Maintaining test documentation and ensuring traceability of test cases to requirements. - Working with CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into the deployment pipeline. - Demonstrating strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF. - Possessing proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. - Having familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management, or similar. - Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. - Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations. In addition to the above responsibilities, prior project experience in ServiceNow Automation is a mandatory skill, while experience with ServiceNow automation is a desired/secondary skill.
