Servicenow Automation

As an experienced candidate with 5 to 8 years of total experience and a minimum of 8 years in IT, including at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow and Automation, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ATF test suites and custom test steps for ServiceNow applications. - Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases. - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using ATF and other automation tools. - Conduct API testing, performance testing, and security validation. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. - Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability of test cases to requirements. - Work with CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into the deployment pipeline. - Utilize your strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF and proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. - Utilize familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management, or similar. - Apply your experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies and knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations. In addition, the role requires prior project experience in ServiceNow Automation. Desired or secondary skills include further expertise in ServiceNow automation.
