ServiceNow Architect Manager

As a Solution Architect at EY, you will play a crucial role in designing and mapping client business requirements to ensure smooth project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with clients to assess current state processes and tools - Identifying ServiceNow platform solution options - Defining ServiceNow solution requirements - Determining and defining integration requirements - Developing overall architecture and implementation plans Your technical skills should include: - In-depth knowledge of Service Now Partner ecosystem, licensing model, and platform management models - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience - Designing and developing large solutions combining Service Now platform, automation, and workflow capabilities for EY customers - Leading offshore teams in all Service Now modules like ITOM, SecOps, IRM - Working closely with various stakeholders like business, process leads, and offshore teams for successful implementation - Proposing and delivering projects to EY customers and/or internal stakeholders - Building strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organization - Supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff effectively - Providing expert level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team - Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints - Supporting practice build efforts including the development of practice intellectual property (IP) - Developing and presenting business case material for senior stakeholders - Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements - Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents - Acting as the ServiceNow subject matter expert for ITOM/SecOps/IRM Additional skills requirements include: - CSA certification - At least two Service Now Implementation Certifications - ITIL Certification is a plus At EY, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
