ServiceMax Lead

As a ServiceMax Lead at Persistent Ltd., you will play a crucial role in utilizing your 8-10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a particular focus on ServiceMax. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong expertise in ServiceMax platform solutions, with at least 4 years of experience. - Showcasing technical proficiency in ServiceMax, Boomi, and SAP, and understanding data and API integration between various enterprise applications. - Bringing expertise in ServiceMax, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, SF integration services, and LWC. - Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Identifying and writing project epics and user stories, and effectively communicating within the organization. In addition to your key responsibilities, the expertise you bring to the role includes: - Experience with JIRA Projects and Service Management systems, with the ability to work with various layers within the organization to advocate proposed solutions. - Excellent communication skills and the capability to work with a business- and data-driven approach. - Desireable experience with Service Management systems and the capability to work on cutting-edge technologies.
