Key Responsibilities: - Possess in-depth ServiceMax implementation knowledge with hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions for at least 4 years. - Demonstrate proficiency in designing and developing technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Exhibit a solid understanding of SFDC Service Max Service Cloud. - Showcase excellent oral and written communication skills. - Utilize your experience in Agile Development methodologies. - Engage in effective client-facing communication with IT departments and business users. - Preferably hold SFDC Certification Dev 401 and ServiceMax Certified Professionals.
