Serviceability Expert

Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will support the Service Engineering Product Managers in various activities relating to the serviceability engineeringYou will take over and manage update handling activities for various products. This includes participation in steering meetings, creation of upgrade instructions, monitoring of upgrade performanceYou organize and moderate regular international information and synchronization meetings with adjacent processes (e.g. Knowledge Transfer Meetings)You take over the creation and coordination of necessary service information/documentation (e.g. Service Strategies Document)Your qualifications and experience:You have a degree in a technical field.Ideally, you have initial professional experience in various service areas with direct or indirect customer contact as well as experience with IT systems, preferably in the healthcare sectorIdeally, you have product knowledge in the field of digital SHS solutions (ideally experience in AV/AI product portfolio).You think in a technically future-oriented way and are extremely goal-oriented in the implementation of identified potentials (Service Requirements in our products)Your attributes and skills:You have a good knowledge of communication and presentation techniques and therefore possess confident and diplomatic negotiating skillsYou are characterized by self-motivation and high performance standards. That&aposs why you like to take the initiative and advance topics confidently and independentlyYou have the ability to drive complex topics forward independently and to prepare and present them in a way that is appropriate for the target audienceWith your strong customer focus, you do not compromise on quality, while at the same time not missing any opportunities due to your willingness to changeYour business-fluent English enables you to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in an international environment. German language skills are an advantage.
