Key Responsibilities : Assist in setting up the restaurant before service. Greet guests courteously and assist in seating arrangements. Serve food and beverages as per standard operating procedures. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area. Support senior staff during busy service hours. Learn and follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards. Respond to guest queries and escalate concerns when necessary. Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
