Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Service Technicians located in Coimbatore. The Service Technicians will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of kitchen machines and appliances, troubleshooting issues, providing field service, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires hands-on technical work to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and meets the company's high standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of kitchen appliances
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Field Service
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
• Previous experience in the kitchen equipment sector is a plus
• Relevant technical certification or diploma
