Description We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on various equipment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and repairs on various equipment and machinery. Diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions. Install and configure new equipment as needed. Provide excellent customer service and support during service calls. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Skills and Qualifications Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Proficient in using hand and power tools required for repairs and maintenance. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Willingness to travel to different service locations as required.
