Service Technician

As a Service Technician at our Pathanamthitta location, you will be an essential part of our service team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of home appliances and electronics. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction through proficient technical support. Your responsibilities will include performing on-site installations, servicing, and repairs of various home appliances and electronics. You will be expected to diagnose technical issues accurately and provide effective repair solutions. Additionally, conducting preventive maintenance to uphold optimal product performance and offering product education to customers will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaboration with the service team and branches for technical support and spare parts requirements is essential. Maintaining precise service records and reports, along with adhering to safety and quality standards during all service activities, will be integral to your performance. To qualify for this position, you should hold an ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering. While a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. The role may require travel within assigned locations, hence possessing a two-wheeler license is mandatory.
