We’re hiring a Service Technician to join our Service Department. You’ll help diagnose, repair, and maintain power tools returned by customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect power tools for faults or damages
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs
• Replace worn-out parts or components
• Test tools after servicing to ensure full functionality
• Keep accurate service records for each job
• Work closely with dispatch to ensure timely delivery of repaired items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass. ITI or vocational certificate in Mechanical field preferred
• Experience: 0–3 years in a service or technical repair role. Freshers welcome with relevant skills or training
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with small components
• Team player and eager to learn
