Service Technician

As a Water Purification System Technician, your role involves installing and commissioning water purification systems at customer sites while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting any issues with water purifiers, performing necessary repairs, and system upgrades - Providing on-site technical support to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving any technical issues related to water purifiers promptly - Performing testing, calibration, and quality checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and optimal performance - Maintaining accurate service reports, job logs, and documentation of repairs or replacements performed, and submitting detailed reports to the management regularly - Educating customers on product operation, maintenance practices, and safety procedures, and providing hands-on training when required - Keeping track of inventory and spare parts for the systems to ensure availability when required, managing stock efficiently to avoid delays in servicing - Identifying and recommending system upgrades or additional services based on customer needs and requirements In addition to the key responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
