As a Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to supervise guest assistance, ensuring a high level of service delivery. You will be tasked with providing training to staff members on customer interaction, service standards, and communication skills to enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, you will be required to adhere to and inspect the grooming standards of the staff while providing necessary assistance. In this role, you will be responsible for generating monthly sales and performance reports to track the team's progress and identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for escorting guests and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule, working in person at the designated location.
