Job Summary

The Service Staff is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to hotel guests, ensuring a pleasant dining or service experience. This role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations in accordance with hotel standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist guests with seating, menu selections, and special requests.
• Provide prompt and courteous service throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks according to hotel standards.
• Ensure tables, cutlery, and service areas are properly set and maintained.
• Clear tables and manage table turnover efficiently.

Operational Support

• Assist with restaurant setup and closing duties.
• Refill water, replenish condiments, and reset tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with kitchen staff, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend team briefings and training sessions as required.
• Support other hotel departments when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in hospitality or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
