Job Description

As a Service Sales Manager for Digital Power Solutions at our Gurgaon location, your role involves developing and promoting Digital Power solutions business across the country. You will work closely with the Global Centre of Competence to deliver projects, coordinate activities, and support regional teams in achieving their targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify projects from inception, promote technical offerings, develop strategies, engage key stakeholders, support bidding process, and negotiate contracts. - Achieve sales targets, focus on customer satisfaction, contribute to increased sales, margin, and market share. - Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle. - Develop and implement market-based strategies, oversee top-line growth, and target pricing in industry segments. - Support regional KA Sales teams, build relationships with key stakeholders, manage risks related to contract agreements and pricing. - Ensure team readiness for pursuing and managing large project contracts. - Uphold Service Sales core values of safety and integrity. Desired Qualifications: - Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. - Skills: Negotiation, communication, power quality expertise, Power Monitoring/Energy Management software, system architecture, technical sales. - Experience: 6+ years - Results-oriented, strategic thinker, collaborative, innovative, intercultural, externally focused.
