• Cash Management – Cash/Non- cash transactional activities
• Redress customer needs pertaining to cash, DDs, cheque deposits, general information.
• Maintaining speed and accuracy of transactional processes.
• Sensation of the use of other business opportunities.
• Providing a high-quality experience that will encourage customer loyalty and good word-of-mouth.

Providing quality of experience that will ensure retention and positive word-of-mouth.

• Graduate or Post Graduate with an experience of 1-2 years and the experience should have been in the front-office of banks.
• Well groomed and presentable.
• Bilingual proficiency: English and local language
• Should have a desire to know and understand financial terminology. Likewise, should be comfortable handling cash.
• Computer proficiency a must.
