Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Service Now Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in Service Now projects and should be able to lead the team to deliver high-quality solutions. The position is based in India and the candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead Service Now projects and ensure timely delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines Manage project risks and issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices Provide technical guidance and support to team members Conduct project status meetings and report project progress to senior management Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in Service Now projects Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Service Now certification is a must Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Now modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and jQuery Experience in leading teams and managing projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
