Role Overview

ServiceNow Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions across ServiceNow modules, focusing on

  ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB

  .
• Drive platform stability through upgrades, patching, health scans, and proactive monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers/administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Oversee

  automation and testing

  using ServiceNow

  Automated Test Framework (ATF)

  and other automation frameworks.
• Lead QA/test activities in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure

  CMDB integrity

  through governance, reconciliation, discovery, and service mapping.
• Implement ITOM solutions such as Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Enforce development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, organizational security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Produce technical documentation, process guides, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
