Service now administrator with ITSM operations

As an ITSM Analyst at TekWissen, you will play a key role in leveraging your deep ITSM process knowledge, data analysis expertise using tools like Power BI and ServiceNow, and experience in leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master. Your responsibilities will include incident management, reporting, and process automation to drive continuous improvement within the organization. Ideally, you will have 6-15 years of experience in ITSM, with a strong background in Power BI and ServiceNow. If you also have experience in Java full stack development or ServiceNow development, it would be considered a bonus. The position is based in Chennai and offers a hybrid work model.
