Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will involve identifying customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be required to conduct post-servicing follow-ups and prepare reports for management review. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in devising customer retention programs to enhance customer loyalty. Your duties will also include generating reports, promoting service and service parts activities, and actively advocating the services and benefits of the dealer's service and parts departments to all customers. It will be your responsibility to maintain reports, analyze the data, and communicate the results to the head of customer service. Moreover, you will be involved in designing marketing activities based on customer feedback to improve service offerings. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, paid sick time, and a provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the location of work will be on-site.
